Sian started her career as a spa therapist, working at the Chewton Glen, an award winning 5* spa in New Milton. Working on celebrities and world class athletes alike.
Wanting to help her clients with their pain long term she started training in sports therapy alongside her holistic work.
She has a keen interest in getting all of her clients out of pain and moving better, but specifically enjoys treating cyclists and runners, treating pregnancy related conditions/pain as well as upper body and neck pain.
Using a comprehensive way of treatment to identify the root cause of pain, using advanced soft tissue techniques to alleviate discomfort, and providing a thorough rehab plan to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
More recently, Sian has become a RESTORE Scar Practitioner, created by Emma Holly, the UK's leading scar practitioner. To help adapt and change scar tissue from planned surgery or trauma scars to provide more comfortable scars, reduce pain and tightness, increase lack of sensation as well as improve cosmetic appearance. Sian is passionate about bridging the gap where unfortunately the NHS falls short in scar aftercare from surgeries, major burns, amputations, c-sections, skin grafts and more.
Alongside sports therapy, Sian still enjoys providing holistic therapies to help take care of her clients mental wellbeing. She offers a number of bespoke relaxing therapies as well as oncology massage for those going through cancer treatment.
