Clinic owner and massage specialist
Alongside being the power behind ST Sports and Wellbeing, Sian is an experienced massage therapist.
Having worked with athletes and celebrities at a 5* spa previously, she prides bringing the 5* experience to all of her clients and developed the business on those core values.
Sian has a keen interest in helping women through pregnancy, post-partum and menopause, helping them reduce pain and move better. Alongside scar therapy to help rehabilitate c-section mamas and women through cancer surgeries.
However, she still loves treating clients from all walks of life and sports and always says treating clients never feels like work!
Outside of the clinic room, Sian enjoys weight lifting and is always trying to max out her PB's (she can currently leg press quadruple her own bodyweight!)
Sian is currently pregnant with her first child and will be slowly retreating from duties to start maternity leave at the start of April with hopes to return around September 2024. All new patient appointments for sports massage will now be with Suzy. Sian will still be taking on new clients for scar therapy until her maternity leave.

Suzy is an experienced therapist, excelling at sport massage and injury rehabilitation.
Alongside this, Suzy is also available for relaxing Swedish massages and able to treat pregnancy.
Here's what Suzy has to say:
I qualified as a Sports and Exercises Therapist after graduating from Solent University in Southampton and I absolutely love every minute of my job.
I enjoy working with a variety of clients whether it be very serious sporting professionals to people
with neck pain due to a desk base job, I just love the feeling of being able to help people.
I love the variety that comes with being a therapist, some days I could be seeing someone
who can’t get full mobility within their shoulders and the next I could be rehabbing a broken
ankle. I find this really keeps me on my toes and really tests my skill set. I really enjoy working
with all sorts of people and learning about the different demands and needs that go on with
their respective sports.
During my time at university, I was taught to treat patients in a comprehensive way using up
to date knowledge and techniques to help alleviate the problem as well as using
rehabilitation and prehabilaition techniques to avoid reoccurrence of the injury. This is
something I have kept up with and am always looking to expand my skills and knowledge to
help as many people as possible.
In my spare time I love being active and outside as much as possible, whether it’s out riding
my pony, taking my dogs for a walk, or taking part in my weekly hockey games. This helps me
to understand the frustration of injuries and niggles as you want to be able to get back to
doing what you love as soon as possible, and I want to be here to help
