Cancellation policy
As a small business and one-woman show, my booking system has a cancellation policy in place.
When booking, my system will take card details to secure your appointment. This doesn't take any money but stores your card on my system. This can be used to pay on the day if you would prefer card rather than cash.
48 hours in advance
No charge
Less than 48 hours in advance
50% late cancellation fee of treatment cost.
No Show
100% of treatment fee charged.
Illness and mitigating factors.
In times with Covid, I can completely understand a positive test result or feeling under the weather. Illness less than 48 hours before an appointment, the cancellation fee can be waived at my own discretion.
